The spot
The kite spot on the resort beach
The kite station sits at the northern end of the resort's beach, next to one of its water parks and about 100 m from the resort's Paradiso beach bar (map listings). From the main building it is about 500 m, a walk of around 6 minutes, and less from the rooms nearest the beach. Kite Marine describes a spacious beach launch with warm, shallow water, a beach team that gives daily spot guidance, and rescue cover for lessons and independent riders.
The beach is sandy and very shallow, which helps when you learn: you can stand up and walk back after a fall. The station belongs to Kite Marine, not to the hotel, so lessons, rental and storage are paid separately; the tour operator Hotelplan lists kitesurfing among the third-party water sports on the beach. The station opens every day from 9:00 to 17:00 (Google listing).
Families
For families and non-kiters
The Jazy kids club takes children aged 4 to 12, with a playground, a children's pool and an entertainment programme. The resort counts 17 pools in the tour operators' descriptions (Booking.com lists 20), some heated in winter, and three water parks with 22 slides between them, 14 for adults and 8 for children (Hotelplan). Adults have the Mividaspa, with sauna, steam room, hammam and massages, a gym, beach volleyball, tennis and a dive centre.
On Hotelplan's All Inclusive Plus board, the buffet meals, snacks through the day and local drinks are included. The à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, Indian, Middle Eastern and seafood) work differently: Hotelplan includes one dinner a week on stays of 7 nights or more, and other visits are charged. Evenings bring shows, live music and a disco, and while you ride, the family can stay on the beach or at the water park near the station.

Kite Marine runs the IKO kite station at the northern end of the resort beach, about 500 m from the main building. It also has stations at Bellagio Beach Resort and Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach.

Jaz Aquamarine is on South Sahl Hashish Road in the Magawish district, about 20 km south of Hurghada town and about 15 km from Hurghada International Airport: roughly 20 minutes by car, or about 45 minutes on a shared coach transfer (First Choice).
