The spot here is the northern part of the same huge bay. It offers excellent flat-water conditions and is generally less crowded than the southern part (near Palm Royale/Caribbean). The wind is clean and stable. The school, KBC, has its own private beach area dedicated to kiters, separate from the swimmers at the hotel.
