Where you sleep
The bungalows: Dragon Camp, Windhunter and Speed Spot
Dakhla Attitude spreads its bungalows over three areas, and the one you choose decides how far you walk to the kite centre. Rates are per bungalow and include full board, WiFi in the common areas, the gym and airport transfers. On the 2027 rates, valid from 9 November 2026, a standard bungalow for two costs 1,416 MAD a night in low season and 2,062 MAD in high season, and the hotel offers 7 nights for the price of 6 in low and mid season.
- VIP bungalows in the Dragon Camp have the widest views over the lagoon, the Speed Spot and Dragon Island.
- Every bungalow has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and a terrace, and rooms are cleaned daily.
- Speed Spot rooms add satellite TV, bathrobes and a VIP service with transport.

The spot
The kite spot in front of the hotel
Lessons and rental start on Dragon beach, right in front of the Duotone Pro Center. The trade wind blows side-shore from the north-east, typically 15 to 25 knots in winter and often more than 30 knots in July and August (centre figures), over a shallow lagoon that is flat at low tide and choppier at high tide. The riding area is huge at high tide but shrinks a lot at low tide, when sharp shells appear on the sand: wear booties. Rental equipment stays in the free-ride zone marked by flags, and the centre organises trips if you want to ride elsewhere.
Around five schools now share this end of the lagoon, so on busy days ride a little downwind for space. The Speed Spot is a 15-minute walk across the sand or a tractor ride from the centre (165 MAD there and back, with boat safety on site, for experienced riders only). The downwinder to the White Dune takes about 3 hours with boat safety and a car back (385 MAD), and boats cross to Dragon Island for 220 MAD (hotel price list, October 2026).
Families
For families and non-kiters
Dakhla Attitude has a programme for children. The kids club offers games, crafts, beach activities and films, babysitters can be booked in advance, and there is a small children's pool. In the hotel's 2021 family guide, children of 7 to 11 can try kayaking, windsurfing and surfing, kite courses start at about 11, and a Pirate Club has run during school holidays from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00: check that it runs during your dates.
For adults there is a spa, a gym included in the rate, two padel courts facing Dragon Island (440 MAD for 1 h 30 for hotel guests, rackets included) and the Pink Flamingo bar. The full-board buffet has hot and cold dishes, and the kitchen will make plain pasta, rice or chips for children. The lagoon in front is shallow, but the sea is cool, at 18.5 to 21.5 °C over the year.

The kite centre on the beach
The Duotone Pro Center Dakhla runs the water sports centre: private or two-student kite lessons with IKO or VDWS certified instructors, Duotone 2026 rental gear, wing foil and kite foil, storage, compressors, beach assistants and a repair workshop. It is open all year, every day from 9:00 to 19:00.

Location and getting there
Dakhla Attitude sits on the Pointe du Dragon, on the lagoon side of the Dakhla peninsula, about 30 km from Dakhla airport and town: around 30 minutes by road. Airport transfers are included in the rate. PK25, the group's boutique hotel, is about 1.7 km along the shore, not next door. The nearest hospital is about 30 km away, in Dakhla.
