PK25 has 42 bungalows, each for up to four people, with a private terrace and a small garden. They look over the lagoon and Dragon Island, so you can check the water from your terrace before breakfast.

The spot
The sports centre and the spot
PK25 runs its own sports centre on the hotel beach, about 100 m from the bungalows. The hotel describes it as set up exactly like the centre at Dakhla Attitude and run by a team with more than ten years there; teaching is private and semi-private only, with Duotone equipment and IKO instructors. The restaurant's central bar is connected to the centre, so you can follow the action on the lagoon.
The lagoon in front is the same water the other northern camps ride: side-shore wind from the north-east, shallow and flat at low tide, choppier at high tide. For the Speed Spot, the White Dune downwinder or wave trips, ask the sports centre. The Duotone Pro Center at Dakhla Attitude is about 1.7 km down the shore.
Families
For families and non-kiters
PK25 suits families who want space and simple logistics: bungalows for four, all meals and drinks included and the kite centre on the hotel beach. The Body Clinic offers massages and treatments aimed at riders' recovery, and the reception books desert trips by 4x4 and boat outings on the lagoon.
For children, PK25 has run a six-day kids' kite camp in spring, with daily lessons in small groups, Duotone kids' gear, a safety boat and a family rate: check the hotel's site for the next dates. Padel at Dakhla Attitude can be booked from the group's other hotels. The sea is cool, at 18.5 to 21.5 °C over the year, and no swimming pool is listed.
